Our natural Selection comes directly form our farm in some of the tallest mountains in Chanchamayo, 1400 m.s.n.m above sea level. Our plantations practise socially responsible methods of harvesting as well as reforestation projects. Our coffee varieties are: caturra, catuai and typica. The altitude and the fertile land produces specialty coffe (cupping scores tend to be in the mid 80's) that has fruity aromatic notes and a complex and slightly citric flavor we know you'll enjoy!
